Bad eating habits in adolescents 
Today due to the different menssages of the media the social environment.
It is "normal" to the adolescents to have bad habits in their diet, for example:


  • Avoid foods like breakfast which is the most important of the day because it is the one that brings energy to the body to perform its functions.
  • Not practice sport 
  • High consumption of junk foods 
  • Low consumption of nutrients carbohydrates among others.
  • By following diets of slimming some adolescents stop consuming the necessary nutrients of develop the functions of the body due to this young people suffer from diseases like anorexia 
  • The consumption of very energetic foods this food act affect the synchronization  metabólic processes

  1. Your point is true, we are not taking care about what things we eat.We have to pay atention to ourselves and that is missing in our lives.

  2. I agree with you, because we do not care that we eat, but, that we like. And that could make us end up obese, and in other cases, if we do not eat what is necessary for our training, we could become anorexic.
